Sponsored hitch hike to Tallin, Estonia

You may or may not know that this Easter I am undertaking a sponsored hitch hike to Tallin in Estonia, to raise money for charity. This is something the wonderful people at Sheffield Union Rag run every year, and I have wanted to do it since I came to university! As it's my final year, this is my last and only chance to do it!

Basically I need to get the 1800 or so miles from sunny Sheffield to Tallin, with a transport budget of only £15! I have booked a flight back, but will only be useful if I make it to Tallin!

23 year old radio producer seeks presenter for Friday night dance show

This week Presenter and Star of Sure Radio's "Dance Beats" Vijay Patel is on holiday and can't present the show.

The show must go on......

Would you like to present the show this Friday, no prior experience required! All you need is the following:

• A little confidence
• An interest in Dance / Breaks / Electro / Tech - etc

I can't help but notice the number of groups popping up on Facebook asking for my mobile number! If theres one thing you should do this week, its back up your address book. It's actually not that hard to do and if you haven't got a cable/bluetooth to do it with a computer why not try this free service?

Free Txts + Mins

If your already a "pay and go" customer and fancy paying even less why not check out Blyk. They are offering a free sim card, 217 txts and 43 mins a month for absolutely nothing!

Whats the catch?

• You have to be between 16 and 24
• They are going to send you spam picture adverts (which won't cost)
• and fill and unused space on your txts with adverts (just make sure you fill those 160 characters and there will be no space!)
• Its invite only, although at the moment you can text a special number for an invite

My New Baby

The waiting is over, she's finally here! Sarah and i just had chips, scampi and onion rings. Just working our way onto dessert, mars bars and jam sandwich!

Since we moved into our new house we have been having problems with BT Broadband, mainly very slow speeds at certain times of the evening.

Finally after numerous engineer visits which didn't produce any results they have let us leave our 12month contact and move providers. I'm convinced the problem was due to BT congestion at the exchange however getting anyone at BT to admit this would be impossible!
